This page lists the categories of items that are not accepted for shipment through SmartAlix or our courier partners.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that every shipment complies with applicable law, courier policy, and destination regulations.

1. Strictly Prohibited Items

Explosives, fireworks, ammunition, weapons, and firearm parts.
Illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, and related paraphernalia.
Counterfeit goods, stolen property, and items that infringe intellectual property rights.
Hazardous chemicals, toxic materials, radioactive material, and corrosive substances.
Live animals, animal remains, and biological specimens requiring special handling.

2. Restricted Items

Liquids, aerosols, perfumes, and other spill-prone products may be restricted by courier or air transport rules.
Batteries, lithium-ion cells, magnets, and electronic components may need special packing or may be disallowed on some lanes.
Perishable goods, food items, and temperature-sensitive products may require prior approval.
High-value cash, precious metals, gemstones, and negotiable instruments may be restricted or require additional declarations.

You must accurately describe the contents, declared value, and any special handling requirements for each shipment.
